Growing up I always wondered what life would be like. I asked myself things would I own a big house? Would I drive a fast car?  Am I going to have a lot of money? Of course those are things that most people want. But now that I’m older and realize most of these things are out of reach, I started to question myself why are these things out of reach? What I have come to find out is that the system has been rigged from the start. Some people might say I need to further my education or learn a trade, but it does get a little discouraging seeing all the grad students protesting in the streets because they are tens of thousands of dollars in debt and can’t afford to pay it back because they have to take a job making $12 an hour. I also believe there is far more knowledge to be learned on the World Wide Web than any school in the world. But back to the topic at hand . We are tricked into buying big expensive houses, that you have to spend your entire life working to pay off. The very word mortgage is despicable. Mortgage: In the word mortgage, the mort- is from the Latin word mori (via old french mort) for death and -gage is from the sense of that word meaning a pledge to forfeit something of value if a debt is not repaid. So mortgage is literally a death pledge. so there goes the idea of me ever owning a big house. The good thing is that I don’t want a big house. they want you to buy a big house so that you have to fill it with lots of things, so that it cost more to heat and cool and use more electric. All of these things cost a lot of money and in order to have lots of money you have to be willing to give up lots of your time. Your time is your life and it is something that you don’t have much of and you can’t buy or work for anymore of it. So count me out!

I believe the system needs to be changed. I believe a good place to start would be to change the school systems, teach kids how to farm their own food, learn how to build their own houses that are economically efficient and produce there own nutrient rich food . Instead of parents saving for their children’s college funds they could be saving for building materials.  I personally found houses that you can build yourself  for under $20,000.So since you would know how to build it yourself you could buy the materials Little by little and in no time you will have a place to live for the rest of your life, instead of going out and putting yourself into tens of thousands of dollars worth of debt for school loans, to be able to afford a big house that you will still have to work your entire life to pay off that you have to sign a death pledge (mortgage) for. Then you might ask yourself where will you get your energy. Well this is where the system being rigged comes in to play again. By this I mean the technology exists and has existed that would allow everyone on the planet to have clean energy for free. This is possible through technology discovered by one of my idols Nikola Tesla, but that is a topic for another post. The bottom line is this technology is being suppressed so that we remain slaves to the powers that be. The good news is people are developing devices called magnet generators that can provide an unlimited supply of clean energy and I am hoping to start building one for myself soon. So “The American Dream” no more like the American Nightmare.
